Getting started
The partner dashboard is where you manage everything members see and book on ClassBuddy: your studio profile, classes, schedule, pricing, campaigns, and performance. It is built for desktop.
Venue switcher
If you run more than one location, the selector in the top bar switches which venue you are managing. Almost everything is scoped to the selected venue, so check you are on the right one first.
Take a tour
Inside the dashboard, a guided walkthrough highlights each feature in place. Start it from the top-right button or from Support. Specific class pages have their own tour too.
Roles
Owner / Manager / Front deskOwners can do everything, including revenue and adding classes. Managers can adjust spots and see ratings. Front desk can view rosters, mark attendance, and manage the schedule.

Filters
Narrow to a single type, classes with reservations, SmartSpot recommendations, or disabled classes.
SmartSpot status
A green dot on a class means SmartSpot is actually acting on it (its peak or off-peak release window is set).
All Bookings vs CB
Each row shows All Bookings (total capacity) and CB (seats open to ClassBuddy members). SmartSpot decides how many CB seats release.
Adjust ClassBuddy spots
Override how many seats a specific class releases for that day, without changing your venue defaults.
Roster and attendance
The members booked for the selected class. Once it starts you can mark each attended or missed. Past or in-progress classes lock editing but keep attendance.
Cancel a reservation
From a roster row, cancel and refund one member's booking. Hidden once the class has started, since it can no longer be refunded.
Cancel this class
Closes a single day's occurrence and refunds every reservation on it. Other days are untouched.
Remove this time slot
Removes a recurring time entirely. Upcoming reservations are refunded and it stops appearing on future days.
Classes
Your class catalog for the selected venue. Each venue has its own catalog.
Add a class
OwnerCreate a class with its name, category, credits, format, age group, and first time slot. New classes start disabled so you can finish details first.
Bookable on ClassBuddy
The on/off switch per class. Turning a class off warns you first and refunds every upcoming reservation.

Click a class row (or the pencil) to open its full editor in a side panel (below). 'Add class' opens the same panel for a new class.
Editing a class
Opening a class slides in a side panel with everything about it. One Save commits all of it.

How credits and refunds work
Members pay for classes with credits. 1 credit equals SGD 4. Each class sets its own credits per booking.
4 kept reservations = 14 credits
14 credits x SGD 4 = SGD 56.00
Earnings
A kept reservation (attended, missed, past-but-active, or a late cancel that was not refunded) counts once its class has run. Earnings are kept credits multiplied by the SGD rate.
Member cancellation window
Members who cancel more than 12 hours before the class start get their credits refunded automatically. Cancel within 12 hours of the start and it is a late cancel: no refund.
Late cancels
A late cancel (within the 12-hour window) keeps the credits, so it still counts as a paid reservation in your earnings and attendance stats.
Studio-side refunds
Cancelling an occurrence, removing a time slot, disabling a class, or cancelling a roster reservation all refund the affected members automatically, regardless of the 12-hour window.
