How ClassBuddy Works for Your Enrichment Centre

ClassBuddy is one platform where Singapore parents find and book kids' enrichment classes, from heartland studios to CBD academies. Parents pay for a monthly credit plan and book any listed class from a single wallet.

For an enrichment centre, the pitch is simple: your empty seats go in front of parents who are actively looking, and commission applies only when a booking is completed. Here is how the whole model works, end to end.

What parents see

Parents browse classes by category, day, time, and their child's age, on a list or on a map of Singapore. Each listing shows your class, your schedule, and the number of spots you have chosen to release.

Booking costs credits from the parent's monthly plan. Unused credits roll over, and parents can change or cancel their plan at any time, which keeps them booking with confidence.

How the credit model works

Every class has a credit price that reflects your listed price in dollars. When a parent books and attends, the booking is completed and counts towards your payout.

Cancellations follow one clear rule. A parent who cancels at least 12 hours before the class starts gets a full credit refund, while late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.

What you control

  • How many spots ClassBuddy fills in each class. Release two seats or the whole room, per slot, per day.
  • Your schedule, capacity, and instructors, managed per day in the partner dashboard.
  • Your listings themselves. Pause or remove them at any time, and confirmed bookings are always honoured.
  • Your existing booking system stays. ClassBuddy syncs alongside tools such as Google Calendar, Wix Bookings, and WellnessLiving.

What it costs

Listing is free. There is no upfront fee, no monthly fee, and no lock-in contract.

ClassBuddy earns a commission only when a booking is completed. There is no commission on refunded bookings or no-shows, and the exact rates are set out in the Partner Service Agreement you sign before going live.

Pricing is dynamic within limits you can see up front: a parent pays between 40% and 100% of your listed price depending on demand. You can try the exact mechanics on the pricing model page in the partner section.

How and when you get paid

Payouts run monthly, on or around the 15th, by bank transfer for the previous month's completed bookings. Balances under S$100 roll over to the next payout.

Your dashboard shows earnings and bookings in real time, so the transfer that arrives is never a surprise.

Where we are today

ClassBuddy is onboarding enrichment centres across Singapore right now, and parent booking opens the moment the first classes go live. Centres that join during onboarding are listed from day one of launch.
